子供。

ジョン・スタッダートの名刺的一曲が「エンジェル」。2007年の作品だ。

本ブログの熱心なリーダーで足繁くライヴに通われている青木さんから、先日のブログ(下記参照）に加えて訳詞をぜひ紹介してください、とのリクエストがきたので、ちょっとやってみた。

これは彼の最初の子供（娘）が生まれたときに書いた曲だという。2004年か2003年ごろのこと。その喜びを一曲の歌に託したわけだ。彼にはその後もうひとり娘が生まれた。
